Corrections and ammendments to your order

It is the customer's duty to verify that the details in the order form are correct before they place their order. This includes all spelling, grammar & font choices. Once an order has been placed, each change will be charged at the following rates, including changes that are made upon seeing the proof: One word: €2; one line: €5; font choice or  invitation choice (for example, changing from the standard Butterflies card to the standard Wedding Rings card) :€25. No changes can be made after the proof has been approved. To avoid extra charges, we recommend that our customers email a copy of their order form to close friends and family before placing the order. You can also email Sheena a draft before placing the order. Changes to the proofs can take 5 days.


All typography has been carefully devised to suit the size of the cards & the shape of the fonts. For this reason we do not change the layout of the messages. Your message will be typeset as per the layout in the sample. For aesthetic reasons we do not set anything in bold. The maximum number of lines for your preferred format, and a sample of the usual layout for that card, can be emailed to you before you place an order.

Delivery time

Proofs are emailed 5 working days after the deposit is received & the details are confirmed. Stationery is assembled 15 working days (3 weeks) after the proof is approved & the balance is received. Please allow some additional delivery time if outside Ireland. Please ensure you have allowed ample time for your order to be processed. Any delay in approving the proofs, or any changes made, will lead to a delay in your order.
